" Part the fourth is supposed to have been selected from a larger collection of Proverbs by the men of Hezekiah; that is, by the prophets whom he employed to restore the service and writings of the church, as Eliakim, and Joáh, and Shebna; and probably Hosea, Micah, and even Isaiah. All these flourished in the reign of Hezekiah, and endeavoured to revive true religion among the Jews.
