She declared unto him before all the people, for what cause she had touched him, and how

she was healed immediately. Mat. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, Vat. He said, Daughter, be of good comfort ; thy faith

hath made thee whole. Mar. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath nade thee whole,

Go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. 49 Luke And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good com

Mar. White he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the
ynagogue's house,

Certain, which said, Thy daughter is dead, why

troublest thou the master any further? 49 Luke While he yet spake, there cometh one from the

Saying to him, 'Thy daughter is dead; trouble

not the master. 50 Luke But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying,

Fear not: believe only and she shall be madewhole. Mar. As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, lhe saith unto the ruler of the synagogue,

Be not afraid : only believe,
Mar. And he suffered no man to follow him,

soft raiment?

Behold, they which are gorgeously apparelled,

and live delicately, are in king's courts. 8

Mat. But what went ye out for to see ? A man clothed in soft raiment ?

Behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings

houses. 9

Mat. But what went ye out for to see? A prophet?

Yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet. 26'Lukt But what went ve out for to see ? A prophet?

Yea, I say unto you, and much more than a

Mat. For this is he of whom it is written, Behold, I send ny messenger

Before thy face, which shall prepare thy way

There is not a greater prophet than John the

Mat. Notwithstanding, he that is least in the kingdom of

heaven, is greater than he.
- Luke But he that is least in the kingdom of God, is greater

than he. 29 Lukt ind all the people that heard him, (namely John),

and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with

the baptism of John. Mat. And from the days of John the Baptist, until now,

the kiugdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the

violent take it by force. 13

Mat. For all the prophets and the law prophesied until

John. And if ye will receive it, this is Elias which
