And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the potter : a goodly price that I was prized at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord.”—Zech. xi. 12, 13.

FULFILMENT." Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, saying, I have sinned, in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? See thou to that. And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood. And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in. Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day. (Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value; and gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.")-Matt. xxvii. 3—10,

PROPHECY.- "He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."-Isa. liii. 12, FULFILMENT." Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do."-Luke xxiii. 34.

PROPHECY. "He was numbered with the transgressors."-Isa. liii. 12.

FULFILMENT." And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, the other on his left, And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors." -Mark xv. 27, 28.

PROPHECY." They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.”—Psa. xxii. 18.

FULFILMENT." Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout they said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots." -John xix. 23, 24.;

PROPHECY." They pierced my hands and my feet. I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me."-Psa. xxii. 16, 17.

FULFILMENT." And it was the third hour; and they crucified him.”—Mark xv. 25.

PROPHECY.. "The gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink."-Psa. lxix. 21.

FULFILMENT.-"Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a sponge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth." -John xix. 28, 29.

"When they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, A place of a skull, they gave him vinegar to drink, mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink."-Matt. xxvii. 33, 34.

PROPHECY." All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him."-Psa. xxii. 7, 8.

FULFILMENT." And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads, and saying,......If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross

The chief priests mocking him,......said, he trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him for he said, I am the Son of God."Matt. xxvii. 39-43.

PROPHECY. "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me ?"-Psa. xxii. 1.

FULFILMENT.-" About the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me ?"—Matt. xxvii. 46.

PROPHECY.. "Into thine hand I commit my spirit.”—Psa. xxxi. 5.

FULFILMENT.-" And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit and having said thus, he gave up the ghost."-Luke xxiii. 46.

PROPHECY." He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken."-Psa. xxxiv. 20.

"Neither shall ye break a bone thereof."-Exod. xii. 46.

"They shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn."-Zech. xii. 10. FULFILMENT.- "Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him. But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: but one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came thereout blood and water......These things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced."-John xix. 32-37.

PROPHECY. "He made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death."-Isa. liii. 9. FULFILMENT." When the even was come, there

came a rich man of Arimathea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple. He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.......And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his own new tomb." -Matt. xxvii. 57-60.

PROPHECY." My heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth; my flesh also shall rest in hope: for thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption."-Psa. xvi. 9, 10.

"When thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied."-Isa. liii. 10, 11.

"After two days will he revive us in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight." -Hosea vi. 2.

FULFILMENT." Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: and, as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. And they remembered his words."-Luke xxiv. 1-8.

"Jesus showed himself alive after his passion, by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God."—Acts i. 3.

PROPHECY.-Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands: thou hast put all things under his feet."-Psa. viii. 6.

FULFILMENT." Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. -Matt. xxviii. 18.

PROPHECY." God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises unto our King, sing praises."-Psa. xlvii. 5, 6.

"Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men ; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them."-Psa. lxviii. 18.

"Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of Glory.”—Psa. xxiv. 7-10.

FULFILMENT.- "And he led them out as far as to Bethany; and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven." -Luke xxiv. 50, 51.

"And sat on the right hand of God."-Mark xvi. 19.

"And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven, as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."-Acts i. 10, 11.
