Dan. ii. 20, 21. Bleffed be the Name of God for ever and ever: for Wisdom and Might are his.

And be changeth the Times and the Seafons: he removeth Kings, and fetteth up Kings.

Job xii. 19. 21. 23. He leadeth Princes away spoiled, and overthroweth the Mighty.

He poureth Contempt upon Princes, and weakeneth the Strength of the Mighty.

He encreaseth the Nations and deftroyeth them: be enlargeth the Nations and ftraiteneth them again.
