Dividuals hoping that their assiduity would procure for them an Opportunity of witnessing the-progress of this interesting inquiry, assembled in therneigh hourhood of the house of lords. Those, however, who did not bear with them the passport of a noble lord, or were unconnected with the public press, were very much disappointed. Their early rising, as far as their curiosity was concerned, was fruitless.
