So far have they succeeded in their unholy warfare, that they may ere long attempt to carry their daring projects as far as those who, at the close of the last century, decreed the abolition of Christianity, and set up the worship of the Goddess of Reason, in France. But there is a God in Israel now, as there was then. All things are in His hands.
