Anima Christi.

OUL of CHRIST, sanctify me :

SOUL

BODY of CHRIST, save me :

BLOOD of CHRIST, inebriate me :

Water from the Side of CHRIST, wash me :
Passion of CHRIST, strengthen me :

O Good JESU, hear me,

[And grant me. .

Within Thy Wounds hide me :

Suffer me not to be separated from Thee,

[And keep me from . . . . .]:

From the malicious enemy defend me :

In the hour of my death call me,

For all Eternity.

B

O

Act of Reparation.

LORD JESUS CHRIST, Who hast willed to submit Thyself to all the irreverences and profanations of those who discern not their LORD'S BODY in the most Holy Sacrament, and yet willest not to withdraw Thy divine and sacred Presence from our Altars; grant unto me, I most humbly beseech Thee, the grace to bewail, with true bitterness of heart and spirit, the indignities and sacrileges committed against Thy supreme Majesty ; that, with sincere love and affection, and so far as lies in my power, by profound adoration and reverence, I may make reparation unto Thee for the many ignominies and dishonours Thou hast received, and still continuest to receive in this ineffable Mystery: Who livest and reignest, in the Unity of the Eternal FATHER and the HOLY SPIRIT, One GOD, world without end.

Prayer for Unity.

LORD JESU CHRIST, Who saidst unto Thine Apostles, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you; regard not my sins, but the faith of Thy Church; and grant her that Peace and Unity, which is agreeable to Thy Will: Who livest and reignest GOD, for ever and ever.

Office in Preparation

IN the Name of the FATHER, and of the SON,

and of the HOLY GHOST. Amen.

Daily

and for the Living

Antiphon. My soul hath a desire and longing. Psalm 84. Quam dilecta.

:

HOW amiable are Thy dwellings Thou
LORD of Hosts.

My soul hath a desire and longing to enter into the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh rejoice in the Living GOD.

Yea, the sparrow hath found her an house, and the swallow a nest where she may lay her young : even Thy Altars, O LORD of Hosts, my King and my GOD.

Blessed are they that dwell in Thy house they will be alway praising Thee.

Blessed is the man whose strength is in Thee : in whose heart are Thy ways.

Who going through the vale of misery, use it for a well and the pools are filled with water.

:

They will go from strength to strength and unto the GOD of Gods appeareth every one of them in Sion.

O LORD GOD of Hosts, hear my prayer: hearken, O GOD of Jacob.

Behold, O GOD our Defender and look upon the face of Thine Anointed.

For one day in Thy courts is better than a thousand.

I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my GOD than to dwell in the tents of ungodliness.

For the LORD GOD is a light and defence; the LORD will give grace and worship and no good thing shall He withhold from them that live a godly life.

O LORD GOD of Hosts: blessed is the man that putteth his trust in Thee.

Glory be to the FATHER.

Antiphon. My soul hath a desire and longing to enter into the courts of the LORD.

Sunday

and Festivals of our Lord
