ExTRA REMUNERATION.

The Secretary was paid, from the Vote for the Chief Secretary's Office, during the year 1905–06, 50l. extra remuneration in connection with the Inspection of Schools under the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885, and a further sum of 191. 1s. 10d. for acting as Centre Superintendent under the Inter. mediate Education Board for Ireland.

The Surplus of 36l. 3s. 4d., shown on the Account of the Vote “Endowed Schools Commissioners, Ireland,” for the year ended 31 March 1905, has been surrendered.
