THE proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel; God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore. 1 Ki. 4. 29. 2 To know wisdom and instruction; to per man knowledge and discretion. The holy scriptures, which are able to make.. wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
