Tony Worobiec is the author of several photography books including Black & White Photography in the Digital Age for D&C. He is the recipient of numerous awards in the UK and internationally. He is also a regular contributor to several photography magazines in the UK and US.

Spence gained an honours degree in Microbiology at UCL London and after a period of teaching biology in schools, he became a full time lecturer in photography.
